A viscous, low solvent, two component, high modified epoxy resin, containing high temperature resistant rust inhabitors and aluminium flakes, which makes Alucemp ideal for application onto descaled and wirebrushed surfaces (St2) even on a substrate temperature of 145°C. Alucemp is one-coat system. 3 layers of Alucemp ends up in a full protection system. If a different finish is required, it is possible to overcoat Alucemp with another epoxy of polyurethane-coating or lining. Alucemp has a high insulation ability. When a layer of 150 micron is applied there is a reduction in temperature of 35°C.

Add comp B to comp A and mix very well with blade or mixer until an homogeneous mass is obtained.
Blasted or St2, all surfaces to be coated should be clean, free from dust, oil, grease and other contamination.
